Fresh Seafood
PFD has always had, and continues to have close ties with premium fresh seafood distributors throughout Australia. With our own fish rooms in NSW, SA, VIC, Brisbane and FNQ, PFD's involvement in fresh seafood has increased exponentially. Does this make us the premium fresh supplier to Foodservice, we think so!
Ranging from whole baby Snapper, baby Barramundi, smooth Dory, Tuna, Trout, Salmon Perch, Flathead and the list goes on. If it's in the waters around Australia, we will be meeting the trawlers to ensure we get the pick of the catch to deliver to you.
We also stock a range of oysters, both 1/2 and whole shell, a huge range of prawns, lobsters,crabs and bugs.

Smallgoods
Our fresh food range includes PFD’s renowned smallgoods options. With fresh bacon for breakfast and ½ Rindless Champagne Ham for lunch and a range of salami for antipasto, the smallgoods demands of customers can be catered for at one stop.

Dairy
Say cheese! We have cheeses, creams and butters of all descriptions. Whether it be Philadelphia Cheese Spread to serve on toast or White Pearl Camembert and a lovely Blue served with fruit and crackers, we offer the cheese to suit the occasion.
Cream is one of PFD's biggest sellers and it is fair to say there is a wealth of knowledge in this area coupled with a large range to add to the flavour of a dish or with a slice of Lemon Citrus Tart.

Fruit and Vegetables
PFD's new range of fresh produce is sourced from suppliers with over 50 years industry experience. The fresh fruit and vegetables come from state-of-the-art farms in prime growing areas of Australia, they're not imported.
