Festive Rewards
Festive Rewards is back in 2008 and boasts a wider range of products to help you earn more points. Festive Rewards is available exclusively to PFD customers and starts on the 15th September running through until 9th January, that’s almost 4 months to accumulate points!
Once the program concludes all customers who have accumulated a minimum 5000 points and who are within their PFD trading terms will receive a claim form. The claim form includes the total points accumulated and a list of all the rewards on the program. You then get to choose how you want to spend your points.
This year customers will have the choice of 3 gift cards OR a credit off their PFD account. The cards include a BP fuel card, Mitre 10 gift card or a Coles Group and Myer gift card. With the price of fuel on the increase a BP fuel card can provide some relief or perhaps a Myer gift card to indulge in some retail therapy, the choice is yours. Program Starts: 15th September 2008
Program Ends: 9th January 2009
Claim forms delivery: Commencing 14th January 2009
Claim period ends: 13th February 2009
Rewards for 2008 are a choice of BP, Mitre10 or Coles Group and Myer cards OR a credit from your account (not a combination of both).
Festive Rewards 2008 Terms and Conditions
By participating customers accept the terms and conditions in full.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between PFD Food Services Pty Limited and the customer in respect to the Festive Rewards program. PFD Food Services Pty Ltd may, at their discretion and without notice in the conduct of the program may;
- Change, amend or vary these terms and conditions
- Change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any rewards or the value of any rewards
- Cancel the program in whole or in part
- Change, amend or vary a customer’s qualification target or the programs products
- Exclude a customer from or cancel a customer’s participation in the program
If a customer is, at any time during the continuance tint he program, in breach of its trading terms with PFD Food Services Pty Ltd, PFD Food Services my cancel the customer’s participation in the program without notice. PFD Food Services Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage suffered from any such withdrawals, cancellations or variations to the program made by PFD Food Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All decisions pertaining to any disputes under the program or the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be made by PFD Food Service Pty Ltd, whose decision is final and binding
HOW TO CLAIM
At the end of the program PFD Food Services will forward a summary for the total of points accumulated for the period (15/09/2008 – 09/01/2009) on a claim form. A minimum of 5000 accumulated points is required to qualify to enter the program.
A completed a signed claim form must be returned to PFD Food Services, 2 Millennium Court, Knoxfield, Victoria 3180 by 5.00pm AEST on Friday 13th February 2009.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the claim form is received by this date.
TAXATION
PFD Food Services Pty Ltd accepts no liability in respect to any taxation liability (including fringe benefits tax) of reward recipients, arising from the redemption of rewards. All rewards are valued including of GST. Reward recipients should seek their own independent advice on any taxation implications that may arise from the rewards.
AUTHORITY
Rewards will be issued on the understanding that the person claiming the rewards is authorised to do so on behalf of the business. Rewards claimed by the registered clubs are subject to dispersal in accordance with the laws and regulations applying to registered clubs in each state or territory.
